There was defnitely some unsportsmanlike conduct from b4nny but are you honestly going to say that if you won the biggest tournament in your respective sport and then the other team said that you won because they didnt have enough time to practice you wouldn't have a little lamo right then and there.

there are a variety of reasons why your face cant be used by law if you "feel" like it ranging from commercial use to publicity rights
Though yes technically your likeness can be used while in a public space.
But to argue that harassment is protected under the first amendment is very dumb.
