My team has been unable to join our match server so far tonight saying our TF2/Steam versions are different than what the client expects.
Anyone else getting this issue?
4812622oh yeah market is the best player on morin's team he is insane
LOL
Played against Fearmie a few times but hung out with players that I thought were legit (that whole R^4 circlejerk) so didnt question the crazy sniper shots that they hit. With this news I'll definitely say the POV's need to be reviewed for possible cheating.
Mumayeah tictack wasnt even planned to play on the im team with us, avast
RIP Tick "60% Heals" Tack
TickTack leaving/cut from C&C??????????????????????????
manaI'm sorry I made faces at the camera, I honestly just had too much energy and it was my first time on a talk show setting.
mana is my favorite teamfortress.tv administrator
PyromancerWhy is this such a big fight? Like i honestly don't understand it.
Because Pac is a god and Mayweather is an asshole of the highest caliber.
MumaCloudmakergeknaiirwe tried out geknaiir today with a med ringer today :)
He is not trolling, we just played him.
DontmarqueeI don't know man, shit still looks kind of fucked.
Yeah, I kinda feel like that. It's kind of a vicious cycle downward in high-echelon TF2, where it's hard to justify putting in the huge time investment without an equally matched payout, but it's hard to justify putting in the payout without seeing the time investment.
Please tell me I'm wrong, and that there is a way that we as a community can make the time investment justifiable (because I'm assuming that Ipkane is not budging beyond his stated support). Is there a competitive tf2 patreon or something that I don't know about? Some charity event that would benefit high-tier players? Anything?
I don't understand what you are saying. Now the grind for Invite is actually justifiable considering you will actually make money, the exact opposite of what it was before.
DemarinirowrowDemarinidid you not even read my post? I mean logically there is no other choice from Valve's end. If they make matchmaking that will instantly become the most popular thing to play on TF2. Are they going to look at 3 classes, all the hats, and all the weapons people have, all the money they spent, and tell them it's useless? There is just absolutely no fucking way that happens. Especially with highlander already being more popular amongst pubbers(the large majority of the community) than the competitive format...I mean every single thing points to it being 9v9. When has Valve ever cared about the 6v6 format? They pretended to for like..2 months a few years back, but then they realized the money they're making off weapons and skins is so absurd that they're just going to go all in. And they made bank.6v6 has a more dynamic flow of interchanging classes, with offclassing
Edit - If you can give me one good reason from Valve's end to support the 6v6 format over 9v9, then please do it. I gave you several why Valve will go with 9v9, all very strong points imo. Don't just disregard it out of blind hope, but accept it.
For you. For a competitive player. Most pubbers don't want dynamic flow. They don't want anything confusing. That takes effort to learn and practice to get good at. They want to be good now, so they need something easy to digest It's the reason why CSGO has weapons like the p90 and why pistols are so strong and why the game in general is much easier/dumbed down compared to CS 1.6.
You guys all look at it from your perspective, which is quite obviously biased. Look at it from Valve, and more importantly, the average pubbers perspective.
CS:GO is a game built at its core to be competitive even to the average player in Matchmaking.
Despite there being weapon imbalances and issues you might see with the game people still have to learn to play the game and be competitive to succeed, the same could be said if matchmaking is added into TF2. You are just angry and I dont know why.
The guy who has triggerbotted in Lobbies is hacking in lobbies again? Shocking. I say truly shocking. Don't worry though, he played in ESEA last season! Truly legit.
