I think its reasonable to say IM is filled with a lot of new faces and that it isnt packed with tons of top IM or Invite players compared to previous seasons.
But you have to be pretty stupid to think it isnt just as competitive as Season 17 and 18.

Cookie is a Pugme legend and really cool guy. Sad to see his team die (possibly weebs again ruining the game).
Is dedicated to improving and will likely have homoerotic encounters in mumble with you if thats your thing. (It's mine).
Can easily play on a high open team.
I don't really know the team situation for tetro and vortex/ tetro and owl so I have no comments on that, I will say however that I really enjoy playing with tetro when we do play together in Pugs or just talking on Steam.
He is a fun guy, has league experience, and is really dedicated to improving and those traits on a class which is the linchpin of a team is a must have for any team hoping to be a strong contender.
Though it sounds like he has certainly had growing pains as a player I'm sure he will continue to improve and be an excellent addition to any team in the future looking for a medic.
