However I think you should put all of it in your class config otherwise for some reason certain binds get reset

Yes but in dota it takes fucking 500 years to get all the heroes and shit you want, in cs:go and tf2 you pretty much have everything you need and gunboats or kritzkrieg for example cost nothing
+inspect doesn't automatically turn off the animation, and you can't change this with scripts

so basically turn viewmodels on while inspecting and turn them off after the animation?
