Even though I agree with most of what you said, some developers really can't make their game without the early acces support (games such as reflex) and people paying for it made the developers quit their jobs to work fulltime on the game.
But supporting the 27th zombie survival game or some weird minecraft clone that's on early acces is indeed idiotic.

IIRC you could pop then pick it up, but not pop while holding it, so i dont think it's THAT different
I always just assumed it was suposed to be like this and not a bug, like not being to able to pick it up with jumpers

Why do developers keep making the same fucking game over and over again, when they could just combine knowledge and resources and get one of these games out of fucking pre-alpha instead of luring people to their half finished games that die before it's released...
When I try to login I get the infamous
