mousiopedoes mark c mousefix works? can anyone give it a try ?
do you know what his fix does, in the first place? because it's very unlikely that you will ever need it.
the only game i've ever played that needs it is the original cd-version of Quake 2.
(i presume they've fixed it for the steam-release of quake 2)
anyway; he's updated his blog-thing to "The MarkC Windows 10 + 8.1 + 8 + 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix", so i would presume he successfully updated the fix to work on Win10. my guess is that Win8 and Win10 are very similar in this regard.
you could always just test it with MMR (mouse movement recorder).
bearodactylcme$60 sennheisers are not exactly world renowned for their soundstage rofldeetrI've heard the HyperX Cloud is pretty good in that price range, but I don't have personal experience with itI have a pair of cloud 1 headsets. they have better positional sound and a wider soundstage than my previous pair of ($60) sennheisers
you're not wrong, but i've owned a couple of lower-end in-earphones from sennheiser and i was (positively) surprised with how the sound sounded, with some.
@OP
it's been mentioned already, but i would refrain from getting a headset. (but if you really must, then just get something cheap.)
otherwise, get separate pieces. because in 99% of the cases, you're just throwing away money when you get a headset. not just because they're overpriced, but mainly because there is so much better available when you get separate pieces.
also, just try not to drop your headphones ;p very few are 'made to be dropped'. it's really just a bunch of plastic, some glue, maybe some screws, etc. it's not so much the outside, but rather all the tinier things on the inside that will move/dislocate/detach when you drop your phones.
if you get anything above $60, then i would certainly try to treat them with some luv
LsRainbowsI've been tragically neglecting my art but thought I'd at least post my old stuff, used to make a lot of space art
i don't suppose you've ever made anything in 3840x1080? would be nice for my dual screen setup
JasbuttsI recently purchased some translucent silver vinyl and screenprinted some stickers.

I also printed some larger mouths on paper to use for my gallery show.

Bonafide-protoyou'll probably find that the increased input lag associated with lightboost makes it not worth itAs soldier main I've never really had problems with BenQ's blur-reduction, however I do think it matters in CS:GO for example or sniper mains
i've read that lightboosting works better on benq monitors, as opposed to asus ones. maybe that's why?
because on my asus vg248qe, it's definitely noticable. 144 (or even 120) easily beats 120-lightboosting when gaming.
edit: sorry for double post, i meant to edit
-protoyou'll probably find that the increased input lag associated with lightboost makes it not worth it
this. lightboost looks smooth and all, but the lag counters the smoothness too hard.
it also messes with your colors. which is not necessarily an issue, but it can be a hassle if you want to switch between lightboost and non-lightboost. or if you've spent some time getting your colors right, you'll probably have to start over again.
i could handle the slight lag just fine when on my desktop, but in any game it's incredibly annoying.
KrocketKarmaDoes this have the same smoothness as the game in full screen?
you could just get the free non-steam version and try it out. then it's up to you whether or not you support the developers by buying it on steam. (after reading some reviews, you might want to keep using the non-steam version anyway.)
my guess is that it won't be as smooth as actual fullscreen, but who knows!

there, at the bottom, is the download link to the installer.
(maybe you could add the free exe download link to the OP, @Bonafide)
wow, i'd never actually noticed the existence of this thread before.
it's very heartening to read all of the humane reactions of fellow-gamers : ) it's just great to see that a forum for some FPS is able to have a section where people can share their real-life struggles (or otherwise celebrations).
i've dealt with my share of sadness, in my personal life as well as professionally (social work). one thing you quickly learn as a person, is that each day houses a tremendous amount of ugliness; terrible stuff is happening everywhere, all the time.
so.. i do hope that everyone who's experiencing heavy stuff is realizing that he/she is not alone.
i'm already 26, but have been convinced for a while that there's no such thing as getting used to seeing fellow conscious organisms (with respect to our beloved pets) in pain. hence.. i just can not express how cool i think it is to see such sympathetic posts coming out of all of you : )
lastly; there're just too many posts to respond to,
but if anyone ever feels overwhelmed, please know that you can send me a PM about anything. i can't guarantee a fast response, but just sharing your feelings might already lower the weight a bit.
+1 for the compassionate posts, guys!
ulmyxxWhy do you even post here? You know nobody will like it? Like why even post? Are you a troll? i dont understand
your post sounds mean / like a shitpost.. but it's actually exactly what i'm thinking.
looking at his prior posts/videos, i wouldn't be surprised if he's just "trolling"
Firefullscreen is the better way to go anyways (:
you'd almost think that there's a reason for people to (want to) use windowed mode.
i guess the developer(s) of this tool didn't realize there was such a thing like fullscreen mode,
maybe you should inform them
if you're using a script, then try the regular binds to see if that makes a difference.
you're right, it is a cool flag.
give us Benelux
why would 1 minute of sketchy play be nullified by 29 minutes of non-sketchy play?
it's not very hard to toggle cheats on and off or to try to make it look like you're legit. it's a sport that comes with cheating.
i think what rickjames is doing is exactly right; accumulate sketchy moments, and go over them.
if boar is cheating, then he is obviously trying to not make it blatant.
personally.. i think he cheats.
at any rate, +1 for looking into it rickjames

Benelux please
why? it's just a union, not a country. besides, belgium, luxembourg and the netherlands are options already
