1.6 Fraud is not allowed

1.7 Betting & Gambling policy
ETF2L holds no responsibility for risks connected with gambling or betting on third party services. This includes (but is not limited to) lost bets, overturned results, or other events leading to loss of profit.
Players caught betting on their own matches, taking bribes or in any way creating a conflict of interest in matches are subject to penalties. This also includes the usage of alternative accounts or friends as betting proxies.

1.8 Disruption of ETF2L services
Causing disruption to ETF2L, the ETF2L website, ETF2L matches or any other services run by ETF2L, is strictly forbidden. This includes (but is not limited to) intentionally connecting to an in-game server during an ongoing match, tampering with server settings to disrupt or create an advantage for a team, attacking a server with a Denial of Service attack, connecting to a team’s voice server during an ongoing match with the intention to cause disruption, etc.

Though it was G11 when I started.
The point is that you can do decent stuff when you are young and there are countless examples. I wouldn't be surprised if Mubby was able to write decent articles in tenth grade :)

If people watch comp tf2 and the stream numbers go up, more people will play comp tf2 and more sponsors and organizations will pay attention to the game.
If more organizations sponsor teams/leagues/events, more people will play because there will be more to play for (bigger prizes, more competition,etc, etc, etc.)
