the community should pick a date to go populate TF2stadium on. banny tried something similar with mixchamp and that saw a decent growth in popularity.
the thing that turns people off from using these services is the long queue time, and paradoxically this just worsens the problem. if we all agree to play on a certain date, that will drastically improve queue times, and ideally kickstart the website into a playable state.
this may have been suggested already, but it seems like the best option.

well idk what advice to give if i dont know what youve tried
you could just act all cute around him, try the "hint dropping" thing. with any luck he'll pick up on it and you may get a response. if he already knows you like him but doesn't reciprocate those feelings then you should stop trying to make him like you.
