Players in the first tier of ranks (1-6) now lose substantially fewer rank points on match loss

Players with high win/loss ratios in recent matches now earn bonus rank points in order to accelerate their progress toward a more appropriate rank

these are some creative ways to work around the lack of placement matches, but won't be nearly as effective as just having fucking placement matches..

Removed the damage effects and pain sounds when using the Rocket Jumper and Sticky Jumper

i actually love this, i get way too annoyed and the damage sounds when playing jump maps.

the amount of delays actually have me kinda hyped; they're finally starting to do some sorely needed playtesting. we might get a decent update instead of some half-baked pyro rebalances.

as usual this matchup is looking pretty even. ronin is weaker now that they aren't scrimming (and with shrugger's attention being divided). froyotech did seem to be struggling in scrims though, so i'm hesitant to side with either right now. should be a really entertaining match to watch!

why shouldn't it be applied in a situation like this? nearly everyone but the brightly squad wanted him banned, what's the problem with appeasing the vast majority of your consumers?

i think catface was trying to point out possible conflicts of interest. it's possible that these people aren't just circlejerking, but unlikely considering who we're dealing with..

choosing between the two is basically choosing whether to play or not. there's rarey enough people on tf2stadium to start a lobby in under 30 minutes. it's a lovely service, but i just want to play as soon as possible.
