So I'm finally getting around to it.
I don't have a firm budget. Ideally, I'd like to spend less than $1200 CAD. I live in Ontario, Canada. I use PayPal for all my online purchases (no credit card as of yet) so I can't get anything from Amazon.
My use cases are primarily TF2 and Overwatch, with a few other games (civ, football manager, CS:GO) I play rarely and am not worried about. I'd like to get 150+ fps in TF2 matchmaking, and 150+ fps on Overwatch on medium or better settings. This is the first time I'm really diving into building a PC or doing anything related, so I'd like some feedback on a potential build I put together on pcpartpicker. PSU not included, but I will need to add one to the build, I just have no idea what to go for.
I have a white/blue color theme which I'd like to stick with. I already have all the peripherals I need.

1. I see the motherboard's memory type is DDR4-2133. The RAM I have selected (mainly chosen for the color) is DDR4-2400. Does this matter?
2. I don't see myself streaming regularly, and upgrading to an i7 with similar single-core performance seems pretty expensive. How bad could I expect performance / fps hitches to be while streaming TF2 or Overwatch if I ever choose to do so?
3. Is it worth spending more money for a 6GB GTX 1060, instead of 3GB? Or is some RX 480 a better choice? I've read some things online saying that 3GB isn't very future proof, and there's a good chance I'll be using a 2 monitor setup.
edit: after talking to a friend of mine I changed cpu cooler and case fans for more blue LED effect because I'm shallow and materialistic. Link is updated
