Forn: How did you start UGC? What kind of resources does it take to run such a large community? What was competitive scene like, for TF2, when Highlander started gaining popularity? How has UGC changed the competitive scene for other leagues? Would you say that TF2 is more accessible to the people at large? Would you say that Highlander has helped shape competitive TF2 in a more positive light?
Infinite: How long have you and your legion of "fans" had a relationship? What do you think is your toughest challenge when it comes to discussing UGC's policies outside of UGC's forums? Given the feedback you've got these past few seasons, what would you change about UGC and why?
Xarlor: Do you think managing Platinum is different from managing any other league? Division? I manage Steel Blue. My job has very few hiccups. I love getting to help a part of the community but I don't get a lot of team leader feedback. Do Platinum players stay in close touch with you? Do Platinum leaders give you a lot of feedback? How would you like to see your relationship with Platinum leaders? What would you change about it? What can other team leaders do to get more involved?
