Why do people make movies like this? More importantly why do people watch a lot of these movies?

I highly suggest you implement a whitelist soon, currently Reserve Shooter, Bonk!, Soda Popper, Pocket Pistol, and I think Jarate are allowed.

minfinite the thread is "the future of competitive team fortress 2" not "how to drag esea and every other league down to our level while gaining free publicity"
nt tho
While my opinion of UGC and their admins has been going downhill, I still recognize when something is going to help the TF2 community. What Infinite suggested would help, regardless of any intentions otherwise.
Plus, we should be happy that he didn't say something like he usually does here.
manaComangliaAs someone suggested making things more visual, I would gladly record one of my Gold/Platinum Highlander demos as Sniper, and put it on youtube if you would like that. I might do VERY limited commentary. If it's not a hassle, it's a good idea to have some videos recorded in anticipation of what you think would make for a good guide.
I would, but I've reformatted fairly recently so I have about 5 demos total (2 of which were Silver level, and 1 I was playing heavy.), and I would rather use real examples of things snipers do in a real competitive setting rather than planned out examples.
Though I should be in a few scrims during this next week that I should be able to use.

Ragorismjustus_1DeaGCHaMPathermalteamfortress.tvgoing by that shitty logic we should have a trading subforum too
anyway maxim has a point
He really doesn't, it's equally shitty logic. Most of the HL players just prefer posting on the UGC Forums for lord knows what reason. TFTV has varying representation from every aspect of the game and every competitive scene, and to remove a subforum simply because it's not as popular is idiotic. It still definitely serves a purpose.
To add to what pudding cup said, is that everytime something is brought up in the HL subforums their's always at a minimum 1 person who does this.
Trekkielol highlander am i right?
If that doesn't happen, it's usually a cast, shit talking UGC, or infinite makes a post and it just becomes a absolute shitstorm of drama.
There's even a few people on these forums who -frag people's post because they're Highlander only players. Even the mere mention of Highlander is usually enough to inspire a bad attitude out of a few people here.
DunderBroplease lock this before it turns into a huge arguement :(

I am not going to name people or anything, but certain server communities don't care and almost hate competitive TF2. On the grounds that Competitive Players block HTML mod, don't pub that often (at least that what they think), and their user base might become like that and stop going to their servers.
The larger Server communities (with a few exceptions like lotus) also don't want to sponsor players or teams, because it would be "unfair" to the rest of the community who is already interested in competitive tf2.

"if you look at all the negative reviews of this mouse, they cite universally one problem: the dreaded intermittent USB disconnection.
This happens because the cord of this mouse is extremely light. This was a design choice to keep the cord's weight from moving the mouse after you let it go, which occurs frequently with other mice. Unfortunately, this light cord has a flimsy connection with the board in the g400's guts.
TO KEEP THIS PROBLEM FROM HAPPENING TO YOU:
1. Place the mouse wherever you're going to be using it, and plug it into your computer's USB port
2. pull the mouse down to the lowermost extremities of your mousepad / mouse surface. Now pull the mouse out another 6-8 inches out, and scotch tape the middle of the mouse cable to the underside of your desk
3. Enjoy having an awesome mouse for the next few years
The purpose of this fix is to greatly reduce tension in the cord, minimizing stress on aforementioned flimsy connection."
This is from a review I read before I bought my G400, and seriously have had 0 issues in 7 months with my mouse. Oddly enough this is something I've always done with my mice was a bit surprised people didn't do this.
