Maybe you're on the wrong team.
Some people on tf2center are major dicks and suffer from the Dunning-Kruger syndrome. I have like 20 lobbies despite having played multiple seasons of Plat HL and etf2l high divs and I still get kicked from lobbies occasionally because they say I'm a noob who doesn't have enough lobbies.
This is so fucking true, I've been barred and kicked from about as many lobbies as I've played cause I don't have enough previous "experience"
just realized asia said their should be a 30 lobby limit on better level lobbies, well shit I'd be barred from all of those with my 23 played...

To avoid this, add lobby/hour restrictions (ex. 30 lobbies/ 500 hours) and/or join lobbies with hour restrictions if you don't want to play with Muselk's subs.
Leave it to the Low-Mid Open / mid-silver hl player to not only complain, but throw a fit about the quality of TF2 center and the new pub players coming into it.

I've never used it, and I wouldn't use it unless it was an official valve plugin. The fact that this also exists and NO leagues use it means it would be -borderline- pointless to use.

Honestly, not really. Technically TF2 has 66.66 ticks per second, setting it to 67 insures you get all of them. Having it set to 66 means you would miss 40 ticks out of 4000 (about 1 minute). Even then that's not entirely true cause having it at 66 you still tend to deviate above 66 ticks per second. Going by what net_graph 3 says assuming it's telling the truth you're probably actually missing about 10-25 ticks every minute. Even then you're not actually "missing" them they're just not there to interpolate off of. Technically it's better, but it really shouldn't make you do much better after all the difference between 66/s and 66.66/s is about 150 Microseconds (between each tick).
Got to no.6 on the leaderboard as rick james and the no.7 guy and i was both being sandwiched by no.3 and 4. So I just suicide feed him in order for him to envelop both of them ROFL.
I'm addicted, I've been playing as "I feed", "I feed memes" and "I feed DOGE" get to about 300 mass and then just suicide into some meme blob and split into it if I have too.
It's also quite funny when they realizing what you're doing cause they'll actually protect you from other blobs so you can feed them.

No you missed the entire point of what sneaky said. Shotgun Soldier is both faster and more importantly LIGHTER than a heavy. Meaning you will be juggled for higher and longer requiring you to aim more while surfing rockets / rising / falling. Which is very intensive practice on tracking based aim.
dollarlayerDecided to try the ragdoll, gib and graphical parts of the script. It crashes my hl2.exe immediately when I try to connect to a server though.
I'm running an i7 3770K and a GTX 980.

it depends on a whole host of things. I'd specifically need to see all the changes you made.
Also I'm planning on making a 2nd part to my GFX config for people who use Single/Dual Core systems, due to the influx of new players who may or may not have Quad Core CPUs and may or may not know if they do.
This isn't my CFG lol, he even uses commands the decreases performance even after Chris proved that they improve performance.
He even still has chris's comments about the improved framerates...

jake_id like to see a baby faces blaster that has a constantly declining speed boost.
if you dont continue doing damage rapidly, you go back to slow-mo in like 5 seconds.

make the hype by a small speed boost (+10% ?) and higher jump (+25%) rather than the 6 jumps

Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol (should be completely rethought breaks the fundamentals of item guidelines Scout primary weakness is his low HP and shouldn't be given more without a significant tradeoff)

Goal I had in mind would be to make the pocket pistol a true clean up sidearm, but with limited capacity in taking down heavier or full hp targets.

Remove the accuracy penalty, at first. After that not sure.

Flying Guillotine
Remove the Crit stunned enemies stat
after that balancing this weapon is hard cause it's not really useful after that unless you increase the recharge speed, but then you run into an issue that enemy players could be subjected to permanently bleeding. Unless you make the bleed timer not reset when hit by the guillotine which I have no idea is that's plausible.
The Atomizer
This weapons is only sparingly used in HL, it provides an excellent utility to scout but with the cost of taking damage. Also greatly depreciates scouts ability to build uber. Either a nerf or buff to this weapon would break it or make it worthless.
Wrap Assassin
Remove bleed effect
Add Mark for Death (about 5s or similar to the GRU or Rescue Ranger after switching weapons duration)

Other weapons that are rarely used.
Short Stop
Remove Ammo Pool share with pistols

This weapon is basically meaningless in a competitive setting as small as 6vs6 and is still rarely used in HL and pubs. Needs to be rethought

Keep in mind cp_gorge, ctf_turbine, ctf_2fort, ctf_doublecross, cp_foundry and other maps that weren't really suited for competitive before might get completely reworked.If you use CSGO as an example, Valve realizes people will only play de_ maps in competitive, so even though you are able to play cs_ maps in competitive matchmaking, they don't care if the maps are good for that mode. They don't even care to fix some de_ maps that aren't played in leagues (I'm looking at you, Aztec).
One thing I believe they could do is make viaduct pro the official one.
Right but they do also update antiquated maps that where in competitive example de_train
which ctf_2fort, ctf_turbine, cp_gravelpit do meet that criteria. I doubt ctf_2fort could be changed to be enjoyable on a competitive level but turbine has potential. I already enjoy gravelpit so I think that one is fairly likely. Also yukon, coldfront, etc.
