I have him added in case issues arise, but it's also on the players to OK changing servers if STV doesn't work. Hopefully they will though.
It's also somewhat based on ESEA's setup. Currently to the best of my knowledge there is no way for tri to change the server during a best of 3; this means that if the first map works and the second doesn't, we don't have a ton of options. The scenario we had for LBF where first map was cast live, second map had STV problems and was intermittently score-updated on stream is a pretty ok way to deal with it.
Hopefully next season ESEA address their TF2 SpecTV setup, otherwise ESEA casting will be a little more yikes. This season has been really bad, hoping it gets addressed before next season.
deguyou have a key bound to "cl_trigger_first_notification", probably somewhere close w s a d, visit your /cfg/config.cfg and look for this command
good call, just looked at my config.cfg and its FUCKING BOUND TO MY MUMBLE PTT
FUCK
ME
thanks
also friendly reminder to make your cfg folder read only; my config is cluttered with CE and status spec commands
that is all
fat team
will improve a ton in an invite environment
Consistently at least once every time I'm playing TF2 I will in the middle of playing and randomly recieve the full-screen backpack notification that I recieved a random item drop (not my screenshot, just showing what particular screen I mean)

it's really frustrating, especially if i'm in a pug or scrim and more often then not I get killed because of this dumb fucking bug. Currently using stock rayshud, though I'm not sure it's a HUD problem because I haven't made any modifications to the HUD and I don't know of anyone else who experiences this bug. I can link my autoexec if that would help as well.
Also, the only way it stops randomly happening is if I click "accept"; hitting escape or any other option to close the dialogue causes the issue to intermittently persist.
Also, this does not happen when I am using a spectator HUD and setup (my rayshud with CE in insecure, TFTVHud, EssentialsTF HUD, etc.).
send help please im gonna scream if it happens and i drop another uber or die on flank again to this bullshit

dude is a great demo and uncontested best medic that passtime pugs has seen
also a really good pyromancer, carried my ass through half of celestia
ignore his name, incredibly deceptive
dude is a nuts gamer
probably wasn't great if it was ditched after one season, though tbf never seen the map.

speaking from experience, I know it can be frustrating to feel like you could have done way better or played on a better team than you were on, but at the end of the day team leaders want results, not potential. If you look at my thread from s25 or any of muddyfudger's from the past 2 seasons you will easily see what I mean by this. Even if you are confident you could crush at a high open level, unless you are out in pugs getting the attention of IM players and open team leaders, or have really good networking skills, no one is going to believe your claims and simply think you are an ego player. I know it can seem like a waste of a season but play on a mid-bubble team this season and work your way up to high open/low IM the way many new to esea but still experienced players do.
if you want an alternative free league enter your team into look into entering your team into the http://www.teamfortress.tv/47132/s28-newbie-mix-team-drive or joining https://www.tfcleague.com/
CaptainZidgelI'd be interested but one of the reasons I've never joined UGC is because my schedule isn't that flexible.
I can't play matches on Wednesday, no exceptions. I have commitments for that time. How easy is it to switch play dates for UGC?
Oh, I think you're a bit confused then. UGC are the only league that uses Steel as a division. If you're looking for ESEA players, open would be the division you'd be starting in.
As far as UGC rescheduling, that all depends on the teams you get matched up with, however in my memory of leading UGC teams other teams will be very sure to force default day/time and ffw the moment they are technically allowed to.
I'd encourage you guys to play ESEA over UGC, however there are 2 matches a week instead of 1 and a lot larger of a skill gap between the bottom and top level.
