Play higher level pugs, play MGE against classes that bother you or when they're in situations that bother you. Like for example, if scouts with height advantage screw you over all the time do that in MGE, etc.

That's normal DS. Not Nintendo 3DS. 3DS is a significant step up in horsepower and graphics etc.
3D=/3DS. It says that he improved perfomance in 3D heavy games, I.E. DS games that use 3D rendering. Like Super Mario 64 DS and Mario Kart DS. It will be a few years until a proper 3DS emulator can run on a phone (if they even bother making one).
