My friend had an idea of having a competitive case with some of the profits going to the lan with competitive inspired things if teams get established. So like more common items would be team stickers and player signatures, but rarer items would be team unusual effects like e.g a froyo logo circling around your head. Also as a rare item you could have team sweatbands, which have like team logos with colours on the merc's wrists,which show up in your first person view.
