Game not detecting anything in cfg folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg
Is an example of where they should be, autoexec.cfg will execute everytime you open your game and something called "class".cfg will execute every time you change class eg. scout.cfg
Anything else you want to use must either be in another config (eg put "exec config.cfg" in your autoexec) or done manually via console
