3 teams skipped on qualifier last season so its not completely mandatory (Svift, Ora, Frenchies) you'd need sufficient good results against other prem and quali teams and/or a roster that is severly stacked to the point of no debate
Ascent only has the latter going for them as they only scrimmed Se7en so far with a 2:1:5 track record against them but 3 of them made second in prem together and credu and ams won last season

Why would they get a pass into prem, yea they are called Svift, but only one actually played on the team last season, all other 5 placed bottom 2 last season (not counting Ascent dying) and even if we're pretending they are Bus Crew, its still too many roster changes to stay in without qualifier (not to discredit any of these players but on paper that shouldnt be enough to warrant bypassing quali)

Preseason started with 2 bus crews, now theres none :(

correct, kaptain pocket, stark roam, looked alright against sauna slayers earlier with obvious messyness seeing as its the first games with this roster in a while but we all know how good this roster can be at its best and with sauna & faint they'll have some good practice teams

i am genuinely curious why they wanted coalplant of all things in the first place, theres many more popular maps (most of which 5cp sure) but even in terms of koth maps theres been alot of new ones in the past 4 years that unlike coalplant arent disliked by people that played it back in the day, all of which would greatly benefit from feedback
