MR_SLINZoltanI don't understand this philosophy of how unbanning everything makes it easier for casuals to get into 6s...I'll try to explain in a fair way.
Some people think Valve will help grow 6v6, and if/when they do, they'll want to sell a game that has no whitelist. In this world, by removing the whitelist, we remove this barrier and make it easier for the transition to happen.
That's just ignoring the problem though, the whitelist exist for a reason and we need valve to fix the broken weapons before we can get rid the whitelist. Having no whitelist would be a good thing if a whitelist was not needed, but it is in the current state.
First in foremost you need to be comfortable/relaxed, if you're stressed mid game it's gonna hinder your performance more than your dm or gamesense will in my opinion. Music really helps, but in the end it's up to you.
And for gameplay advice something that slin told me was to focus on playing with the medic, as I'd always get very low heal percentage. I haven't seen you play so I don't know if you have this problem to, but in general it's pretty good advice.

On one hand having the stream start 5 mins before the match means that when the stream starts, I know that the match is starting soon. If the stream starts 30 minutes before, I sometimes just close the stream and forget that the match is happening.
Although not everyone catches the stream notification immediately so it starting earlier can also be useful. If their was a way to have like two separate notifications on twitch, one for the stream start and match start, that would be pretty useful.

Wait is that just the normal pugchamp website, the name made me think it was made specifically for people who wanted to host their own pugs with a website.
