ok so the first 600 tickets are sold right now, those who have their tickets will be able to soon select a spot on the floor plan, so that means its up to those who already have their ticket to choose a row for everybody
they also confirmed that there will be additionnal tickets on sale in the near future, so those who dont have their tickets can still get one, and like I said there should be at the very least 200 extra tickets on sale later on

cool. when did the floorplan open up last year?
can't tell you an exact date but if I had to guess it would be around mid-late January
they had about 900 tickets sold last year and their plan for this year is to attempt to get 1000 players to the lan so they're certainly not done selling tickets just yet
