industSad to see the rest of invite adopt a piss poor attitude towards serious competition, what happened to you guys? You don't even want to win.
There are still those out there fighting the good fight, I've never been more excited to play this game.
I really fucking haven't.

As someone who's in iron for just getting into comp, i'd be absolutely eager to work my way up and take on the best.

The real issue mostly lies under how hard it is to find teammates with the same drive and skill as you. Iron highlander is a mess, and though some of us best on the team will move on to steel 6s next season, it still feels like if a team consisted of 6 clones of myself i could be jumping seasons like a frog simply because that's the only person i know so willing to cooperate for that result.

Obviously iron is the equivilant to organized pubs, i've spent near 6000 hours procrastinating competitive so when i finally got into it all i can do it jog in place because i can't get to real competition until i finish my prequisits

Why exactly is snoven still defending the fact he wanted the best for the event and yet still declines people looking for refunds? if FTC is truly a legitimate event and snoven is simply being butchered for his past, surely a reasonable person in his position would defend himself, offer item refunds, deliver and then pass the event to a more trusted person to manage it.

As of now, all i've seen is him cancelling the stream the second this became widespread (presumably because many FTC contributors ceased activity and dropped out), stay vague on his explanation (i wanna forget the past guys) and deny some refunds.

you can see more than 60 frames on a 60hz monitor

I have it set to 61 for stream/youtube, though in theory it would make more sense to cap it at 121 and set the recorder to 60. Thanks, i'll give that a shot.

#1 Screen tearing persists regardless of efforts in Q/A Help

I've been having an annoying issue, I've had screen tear persist.

Sometimes it's nonexistant, but more commonly it's just enough to catch my eye and annoy me.

I've got a 60Hz monitor, and i usually keep fps maxed at 61. I've changed it to 65, changed it to lower (58-59), I've turned vsync on and off, i've uninstalled my mods, but no matter what i do there's still that slight bit of screen tear.

Is there a common reason for this, or solution? Or maybe an explanation of how it works may help, because it seems i can't quite deduce the issue.

downpourambassador is only accurate first shot unless you wait the full reset time of 0.95s between each shot and the head hitbox is very small and actually trails behind the head, not in front like where you're aiming in the video

Lunacidewalkway has fucked up hitboxes, it doesnt use the normal walking hitbox

Yeah, tried on other maps and it looks like it. interesting, The only other thing i noticed is that my projectiles feel an ounce lagged behind, notably with pipes. Is there a more ideal config to switch to for projectiles, or a more rounded one for both? or is it mostly just a matter or connection

#1 Shots that are clearly headshots still miss? in Q/A Help

I've recently been experiencing some frustration, as my shots which are near clearly headshots (with ambassador as an example) don't register. I do have a custom config.

If i turn off lag compensation the shots will then register a bit better, but they count as bodyshots, not headshots.

The only thing i could assume the issue is is that i have both interp and interp ratio, but it seems removing either doesnt make a difference either, so i feel stumped. Same with projectiles, which feel like they aren't being affected by the config either. Like the config is working but the game ignores it. I've had a custom config for a few years but i've messed with it now and then.
