As ESEA's quest for world domination continues, we're very conscious of not forgetting what got us here, and continue to strive to produce the best league in both North America as well as Europe. To that end, and in the interest of promoting the highest level of competition possible, we have decided to make a key change to the Invite division.
Effective immediately for Season 17, the roster lock no longer applies to the Invite division. That means that any player can now join an Invite team at any time, so long as no other roster restrictions prevent them from doing so.
Please note that as before, no player (even Invite), can join a lower division team once the roster lock goes into effect.

The scriptures tell of a young, untainted (virgin) scout main who would one day rise above the disarray and bring hope back to the once peaceful land of #tf2.pug.na. A hero of chaos to unite the feudal puglords.
#tf2.pug.na was once a rich and fertile land, where gamers young and old, and older (fzero) could enjoy tf2 pugs together in harmony. But the peace would not last. The good times came to an abrupt halt when Fog the Terrible (interpret that how you want) threw #tf2.pug.na into the bowls of geekschat IRC, where not even the boldest of team baiting "hit .ss every death" players dared to venture. There was a resistance, but Fog had allies. Powerful ones. Allies such as Smaka the Elder, and Cyzer the 18th Best Scout in Invite.
The resistance was no match, and #tf2.pug.na was plunged into darkness. The hope of pug.na now rests on the shoulders of who the prophet Fzero believes to be the chosen one: Bape, the last still-pugging member of the Revolution, to ascend to the heavens and in Promethean fashion bring light down to us all.

The restoration project is just about complete. The only thing that is left is changing DNSes to point to the new bot IP so that the sub bot can work properly.
Hopefully we can find a more recent backup and get stats to be more accurate, but until then, this is the best that we can do.

Early this morning, it was brought to my attention that jaybenaduchi wiped out the entire #tf2.pug.na bot server. This included the stats, the bot, and any other file relating to operating the pug.na service. Not only is this completely childish, but is downright damaging to the pug.na service. Although I am not currently an active member of #tf2.pug.na, I am still responsible for making sure that bot server was maintained properly.
However, Blindsight has been instrumental in keeping the service running with an very old version of the bot. Luckily for #tf2.pug.na, I had a recent (7 month) backup of the tf2.pug.na bot and stats, so we are currently in the process of having that restored and made operational on a new VPS server graciously provided by tragic.
Please bear with us while this restoration process is underway.
