it's not like melee doesn't exist whenever a new smash comes out
if you like melee so much, why not continue playing it

people still play smash 64, so i don't know why anyone complains about the sequels not being melee when it's not like melee suddenly vanished

i'm looking forward to the new smash, and i'm probably going to have fun playing with my friends regardless of what they change

animal crossing 3ds is amazing so far
although i've already caught over 50% of the fish you can catch so far, which i'm assuming is special weather/winter fish :(

i noticed my charge meter for the phlog wasn't showing up yesterday even after doing hud_reloadscheme but it randomly appeared after i died

bonus is really strong, but swiftwater is max's map
and sniper is dumb on swiftwater

i think it could go either way, but will go 2-1 in or we walk's favor if max is on his A-game

i already have my taskbar locked, so that's definitely not the solution

I just setup my stream this morning, and finally plugged in one of my spare monitors to make a legitimate dual monitor setup (since I only used the hdmi cable to hook my computer to my TV, which doesn't count as a usable computer monitor).

I just wanted to know if it was possible to make it so that you can't click outside the window while in-game. I don't mind alt-tabbing, or having a hotkey or something, but it was irritating playing in-game and clicking outside the window when I'm just trying to look down from height advantage. I'm not sure if there's an option in windows, or if I have to download a program or what..

i think the matchmaking should have 18 weapon bans per match
that way each person playing could ban one item that they don't want to play against

although i really feel like there are going to be trolls that ban things like kritzkrieg or something like that

imo the main weapons i would personally ban:
beggar's bazooka
batallion's backup
atomizer
vitasaw
pomson
spycicle
dead ringer
phlog
degreaser
wrangler
gunslinger
splendid screen
one of the items in the spy or sniper set

edit: i know 18 item bans sounds like a ridiculous number, but there are a lot of weapons available for use, and i think it would narrow down which weapons people don't like in general as to what valve is looking for in terms of implementing a system like this

if people leave these lobby things, there should be a reputation system where we can report people for ragequitting/being an asshat

if they get reported enough, their trading privileges and item drops for the week are suspended for a set amount of time and increases per violation

i think that would be a good fix to people leaving early (unless they use alts, in which case those alts should get banned with enough reports)

i'd love to play in a ton of these when this system rolls out
