First time trying this game was yesterday, the game is pretty fun but not enough English rock songs. Not a fan of the whole Korean/Japanese pop. I grabbed as many as I could find but some are really bad. For example, I forget the song but it was black hits on a black background.

Anyways, needs better transition from easy to normal. It seems most songs have easy (which I am hitting 95+) but the normals are like 10X harder

I'm looking for high open/low IM team to scout for, or high open pocket. I will likely not able to play low IM as pocket, but I really have no clue anymore, so I guess teams can decide that during tryouts.

I will be starting my new 9-5 M-F job next Monday so I will have more time to play and less time to dick around drinking. Went through a rough patch this last month from having to deal with a loss to our family, but I guess it's for the best and I feel like I am past it.

I spent last season on Aurora Lights playing scout at first then was going to back up to deal with said issues but I ended up finishing the season as a demo. I didn't do extremely well as a demo since I was often a bit late to mid and catching myself playing with the scout too often (old habits die hard)

My scout play was pretty aggressive this season, since I am generally a more passive scout I wanted to try it, it was meh. I think going into next season, I'll probably fall back into a more passive role and only aggressive when needed.

As a pocket, I play hard off heals. What I mean by this is that when I see an advantage and have a full buff I will jump something that I know I have a over 75% percent to kill and jump back to med. Rebuff team and push off the advantage. I do not like to sit around and wait for a full uber advantage when a person down or a lot of damage is often better to push anyways.

Anyways, I might take a little flack for the way I have been acting this month and for that I am sorry. I don't want to really go into detail on a looking post of why I was acting that way but if I have known you for awhile I will probably tell you if you ask. For all others, I was in a dark place that I was not able to cope with when it happened but I feel better about it now.

Oh yeah, I've been playing off and on since TWL season 1 and ESEA season 3, so add me if you would like me to tryout.

PS- Willing to tryout as Medic at an IM level, as long as there is not a lot of raging on the team.

There were a few updates that completely changed rocket/sticky jumping (though you took more damage). The fixed it most of the time. Also, gunboats used to be 75% damage reduction, which was about 10-15 damage a rocket jump.

I'm talking about like 2-3 months after launch, maybe we're not talking about the same time?

Ok, there is a lot of things that we would have to do in order to make it like when it first came out. Does anyone know of a way to downgrade to an earlier version, server side too?

I think a couple of things will get us in trouble like;

1) Does anyone remember what the old self damage was from shooting the ground as a solly? I think it was 10-15, right?

2) I completely forgot that rollers would also hit on hit models, how do we fix that?

3) When was the FOV changed? I know the first season I used 75, but I was also stubborn and refused to use the fast pistol script to the "idea" of the game. I was so young and stupid, lol

4) Crits were soo weird back then, and little knowledge was known about when they triggered. This may be incorrect, but I remember a shit ton of mis-information about them until like 3 months after the game was out of beta.

5) If I find this HHD, I can just change the name of the map to, like, ctf_well_old and it will stay intact, correct?

6) Going with 5, wouldn't all of us have to have the exact same version of the game that goes with the server?

I know there is more, but I will start with those.

I'm almost 100% sure that I have my old drive drive from my first build computer, I just have to find it. I stopped using this computer like 3 months after the beta launch, so I should still have the original maps.

I'm not sure if I still have defy on my friends list, but tomorrow I'll add you.

TwitchTVJohnNot really sure why Aurora gave us a FFW last night. I figured they were still in playoff contention.

Basically, a couple of people decided that they didn't want to play anymore, in fact we weren't even scrimming, so it seemed better just to FFL. I mean it would've been shitty to maybe get a playoff position from someone when we aren't even scrimming anymore.

Dustbowl, mach4 (insane sniper map), not completely sure about hydro, 2fort, warpath, ctf_well, impact?. I may be missing one or two
