#10 Help with crashes, please in TF2 General Discussion
ukmHave you tried running your memory sticks one at a time and reproducing to make sure one isn't bad? Wouldn't hurt to just reseat them either. When you say you wiped and reinstalled drivers was that all drivers or just your gpu? Make sure your chipset drivers are up to date as well.

I did that awhile ago and still crashed, referencing the sticks.

I updated the GPU drivers, then tried fog's suggestion. The motherboard didn't really have too many updates, but I updated what they had including the bios.

I feel like it video card and as I said EVGA wants me to send it in. It will take 2-3 weeks so I wanted to make completely sure before sending it in since I don't have another PCI-Express card to use in the meantime.

So after I finish the checkdisk, I am doing to try running the video off motherboard to see if I still crash.

#29 Got scammed tf2 items in TF2 General Discussion

Paypal won't touch it. The issue with paypal is that there has to be tangible goods. Things like ESEA, virtual hats, etc they say they can't do anything about it. I know this from last season when I paid for someones premium and they never received it but it came out of my bank account. When I tried to get my money back, after contacting ESEA and they didn't do anything, I filed a complaint. After a while they basically said they (paypal) couldn't do anything because of the nature of the "goods"

So, I am RMAing my video card but the shitty part about it is it will take 2-3 weeks to get it back. They asked me if I wanted to do back and forth shipping for 280 some bucks for a card that cost half that price a year ago. I guess I have to spend that time with any games, the sad part is that EVGA used to be really great about this shit. I just miss the old days, where companies would stand behind their products. :(

Does anyone really know, like has anyone actually done any testing on that thought? Or have we just said no for so long that we will continue to just think it without thought?

One of the best I've had was Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale. It's one of the hardest beers to find to the point that stores sellout the day they get them by 10AM the same day

killemdeaderI don't think I could make a frag video this comically bad if I tried.

I did, but I actually tried to make it well. Had no idea how to make a video, edit, didn't even know what tools to use.

#1 For those in Columbus, Ohio in Off Topic

Is anyone wanting or thinking about going to Rock on the Range? http://www.rockontherange.com

I know it's sad but I've lost most of my male friends after grad school, and my wife hates this kind of music so she will never go. It's been 2-3 years since I've lived in Columbus and every year I wanted to go to it but did not have someone to go with.

Basically, I am not holding anyone to shit right now but I wanted to get an idea of who has tickets and whom wants to go. The huge thing about this is how quickly everything is sold out. For example, Main stage was sold out about 3 days after they went on sale.

Make a comment if you are thinking about going I guess, especially if you think I am fine to be around for 2 days :P

Edit, I love a lot of the bands, but I really want to see Halestorm on Saturday. Hell, she is even on my 5 people that I can cheat on my wife with. :P

#1 Help with crashes, please in TF2 General Discussion

I've had a lot of issues with tf2 crashes and even "normal" BSOD's and hopefully someone can help. I've already tried to write this but it was too long and TF.TV failed the post. So I will give the last 2-3 crashes from whocrashed and say that I've tried to defrag, validate, reinstall tf2 and windows, reinstall drivers with full driver wipe, try updated and older drivers for Nvidia
Specs
win 7 64, I52500K, EVGA 560 TI, Corsair RAM (forget the speed)
