#35 Tip of the Hats Starting Tomorrow in TF2 General Discussion
PKIs there any way I can donate via steam wallet? I really want to donate but I can't otherwise :(

I guess you could pay for two keys for me via your steam wallet and I will donate whatever the price would be for them, then unbox the two strange weapon cases I have a give them too.

I won't be able to do it until tomorrow afternoon-ish

wafflebI just got back from FNM :3

I love magic, playing bant midranged in standard right now. My FNM is like 50% amazing players playing T1 decks so I usually get to play in a pretty competitive atmosphere, its awesome. Modern is okay, but it's just the same shit. Birthing Pod, eggs decks, etc. Forget about playing control.
Legacy is a pile of expensive shit, I hope it dies out.

If you use cockatrice to play online, use the woogerworks server.

Also, standard is great (there's like 8 T1 archetypes right now, and its always changing) plus it isn't too expensive. I paid maybe $350 for cards total but I'll never have to buy them again. Not only have I just been able to trade for everything, I've pretty much won the whole value of the deck back in cards. Standard is totes worth the investment, and if you're worried about losing just play naya blitz or jund or something.

WTF, why would they make a card that gives (esp instant) with 5/5 with trample that only costs 4 mana?

I honestly wouldn't even know how to play with all the new crap that I see. I mean there was tons of OP things back then like, Red fireball, fork, tap and greens getting 20 creatures on the board in 5 turns but

#2 Tip of the Hats - Want to play? in TF2 General Discussion

I guess I will bite on this one since I don't really care about weapons, but still want to help/donate. If you guys need anything, help wise on Sunday, let me know but I can't do anything until Sunday. I'll be on steam mobile until Sunday, but feel free to bug me.

I'll donate the 10 when I get a chance to get to my desktop. I am a little afraid that we won't get people for this when it seems people like the weapons/hats/etc more. If not, I may be able to pay for a couple people but I would need to check my accounts first.

#3 Great Newegg Reviews in Hardware

My favorite part of any Walmart trip is showing my receipt to security. That's why I am so very excited to recommend EA's new SimCity, platformed on Origin.

Unlike previous versions of SimCity which I simply purchased, installed, and played in whatever creative (or decrepit) way I wanted, EA's new SimCity requires a perpetual internet connection and a stiflingly comprehensive code of service through its Origin platform. This basically requires me to show my receipt at all times while preventing me from having too much fun by severely restricting how I can play the game (though I understand additional fun may be purchased in increments in future add-on packs).

Now some people seem upset by the notion that purchasing something doesn't make it yours. Those people are ridiculous. By their logic if I go to a restaurant and pay $60 for a meal, I also own all the hard work and creativity that went into the meal instead of just the food. But, of course, that isn't the case, which is why after I'm done eating at the Olive Garden I promptly visit the restroom and vomit up their hard work, which I leave at the restaurant. After all, I only paid for a single-use of the food. And I'm sure to show my receipt on the way out.

So thank you, EA Games, for fulfilling Ray Bradbury's utopian vision of equality for all by creating a sub-standard experience and a draconian TOS that we must all abide. You may be too forward-thinking for the average Amazon reviewer, but I'm sure gamers will come around to your way.

and

If you are happy with your computer performance and internet speed, or just have a positive look on life. Buy SimCity!
This program will single handedly bring your internet connection to a speed that makes 28kbps modems look like Broadband. You will rejoice in endless progress bars that exceed 210% remaining. A true mathematical marvel. Yes, Simcity will remind you that you need to upgrade your PC and should consider buying the next level of internet service available in your area. But only when the EA servers are available, which, apparently is about every other day. That helps keep you from `playing on the computer too much' a feature supported by spouses worldwide.
Enjoy your City, Sim.

Started playing with alpha cards when I was about 13ish and stopped playing a little after 5th generation came out because my fucking stepfather threw out all my cards when I got a "D" on my report card.

16 years later, I still get pissed about how much I could have sold those cards for since about 50% were first and second gen.

#18 Pocket LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

I always like Sinner, he has been playing for almost as long as I have and always a nice guy. Let's put it this way, after a few years of not playing a single game with him, I would not think twice about picking him up with even trying him out. Even if his DM would turn to shit, he is a great enough guy to not care

#6 Selling Processor and graphics card :) in Hardware

Notice that only one actually have bids on it with less than a day left at 46 bucks, so I would consider dropping it a bit

You know, you could always donate it to me so I can test if it's my video card that is causing all these crashes :)
