PumI feel like a good nerf would be to make maps more hostile towards scouts, so that they dont have a million props everywhere to jump from and towards and cant get the high ground everywhere.
Props don't matter, Granary middle only has the crates and I'd say scout is pretty strong on it. The narrow high ground that both teams start from on Gullywash middle and Badlands middle is peak map design from a class balancing standpoint. It's the only layout which makes it impossible for both soldier and scout to make it aids in any way.

Check your config
If you are using vtf crosshairs, check the .txt file of the scattergun and see if theres anything after "TracerEffect". If there isn't, you will have to add "bullet_scattergun_tracer01" (with the quotation marks) in order for it to work. See here: https://imgur.com/a/kpkD7bi
If that doesn't fix the problem, check if your config automatically puts the viewmodel_fov to the lowest possible value (its something like 0.000001). That also disables bullet tracers afaik. Putting the viewmodel_fov to a normal value and then just disabling viewmodels should fix it.

The way I see it is that he lost interest because he couldn't profit from it in any way. Trying in that situation means getting people to give TF2PL a second chance, especially in his position, and not abandoning the project and then also killing PugChamp NA in the process because he told them to fuck off and die. I might be mistaken but the NA pug scene has been in shambles ever since and thats definitely the opposite of keeping the scene alive.

He did fuck all except maybe talk to Faceit and slap "TF2PL CEO" onto his name. He definitely was not coding and maintaining the site.
