why would someone with four nerd stars want upfrags

i used to get this very rarely when i played on a particularly bad computer and poorly-organized server. The lag spike would reset all my match stats and everything too. Back when I got it, I'd usually just retry in console, though in retrospect that's probably not the best idea for anyone who plays any class more important than roamer.
