Are you on a local server? Try setting host_queue_mode to 0

I can only close the default window that you get when you join a server. I can't close logs, so it's not just the ads

You should fix the little square in the top left corner, I'm pretty sure it's mouseoveritempanel, just copy that section from the stock file into your file, and it should be gone

do you have -dxlevel in your launch options? did you tried waiting for a while before quitting the game?
Danpixedyou've got a very weak graphics card, this would cause an effect similar to input latency. I suggest changing these values in the config.make sure to step down your resolution beforehand (not sure why everyone is talking about cpu's, Seiter's cpu is much faster than mine)mat_viewportscale 0.5 mat_viewportupscale 1
