currently trying to put on muscle mass and strength and have been going to the gym almost everyday routinely since December and I suppose it's been a slow but working process as I've gone from about 120 lbs > 131 lbs as of today.

goals I'm trying to maintain currently is to eat at least 3000 calories a day (not junk food) and to continue to just hit the gym regularly.

future goals for me is to have a 4% - 6% body fat AFTER I'm satisfied with my gains (visually and aesthetically).

motivation for me to go to the gym is simply just to be bigger and stronger, and to look good when I'm in my prime years.

I think the amount of phishers you get may be based on the value of your backpack. back when my backpack was worth at least $10k, I would wake up to find at least a minimum of 20 phisher adds, and they would continue to add me throughout the day. now that my inventory is nowhere near what it used to be, I find that the times I do get phisher adds is when I bump trades either on csgolounge or tf2outpost.

shoutout to metawe, suggested I check for windows / graphics card updates and it turns out there was an update for my graphics card yesterday so I tried downloading it and my problem is now fixed :D

today when I started up a game on steam (any game on steam, tf2, csgo, garry's mod etc), my game would lag suuuuper hard. my mouse cursor would skip and stutter, my in game music would also lag and it would virtually be impossible to even click on anything. It wasn't only in game lag too but when a game is running as I'm alt-tabbed, my windows would also lag. same mouse cursor issue with the skipping and stuttering, and if I had music playing on youtube for example, the sound would stutter like the in game music.

does anybody know what's causing this lag issue? literally cannot play anything on steam. and yes, I've tried restarting my pc, but it didn't help. If you need any information on my pc or anything, feel free to ask.

any suggestions / input is greatly appreciated, thanks.

not aware whether or not you can remove it but you can definitely make it smaller.

hello, I'm looking for a webcam which may primarily be used for streaming and was wondering if the Logitech c920 HD pro webcam was the best one on the market currently for it's price. I've Googled webcam recommendations and it appears this one is the most popular one used by streamers.

Does anyone also know if $85+/- is the cheapest price it'll go to in Canada?

Should I hold out until Christmas / boxing day to see if it'll go any cheaper or buy it now? I've used shopbot.ca and checked local stores and approx $85 is the cheapest I've seen it go.
