I could have sworn I saw geel make a thread about this some time ago... It probably wasn't exactly on the same topic as this but something along the lines of you being able to purchase esea premium through either marketplace.tf or scrap.tf, can't remember which exactly

How many times has this conversation been had again? Because I feel like this certainly hasn't been the first (or even second) time that this topic has been discussed.
Also, wasn't the point that was made was something along the lines of "if the other team allows it, then its okay"? I may be wrong on that but I feel like if the coach is just first person spectating the players and not going into any third person views it can be justified.
If crowns had their DHS lineup with Stark on pocket and Kaptain on scout, there would possibly have been a much different outcome to i58, with crowns maybe not even making it past froyo (anything is possible in speculation though). But I don't think it should be a total allow/ban thing because it affects all sorts of teams differently. I think if a team allows it, then that's their decision and vice versa.
botmodeFROYO Hassassin?
While he'd be a great replacement, I thought Habib was going to play with Luca goers
Truly a gamer that goes huge
Also silver champ
mvp(s) of the event: the production crew
but sticking to what others have been putting up
scout: Stark, B4nny, Yui
soldier: TLR, Mike, Sil
demo: Paulsen, Alle
medic: Raymon, Dave
netwrkjrklike i said, i disagree with a lot of shit valve does, especially with csgo. however, theyre usually SOMEWHAT quick to fix things that cause community outrage, and the mistakes arent franchise destroying like the ones that blizzard has made.
Oh, look. Yet another one of these debates.
The problem with that statement is the fact that they're just responding to outrage and not exactly suggestions for general improvements.
In TF2:
- is the pomson still a stupid and broken weapon? Are there still weapons that blatantly stick out as unbalanced?
- has the game gotten optimization like we had been promised?
- why is the item drop system still giving me crates from tough break? why don't you just get a few weapons (similar to the end of an mvm mission) when you rank up in a casual or competitive gamemode?
yes, I get that there aren't a ton of people at valve working on TF2. That's a given, and the TF team has been doing so much better in communicating to the people as to what they're doing as opposed to before, but there is a LOT of ground that needs to be covered before large strides are made towards taking this game to a better place than where we are now. Obviously a large end goal for a lot of the people in the competitive community is to have our game eventually become an e-sport and have growth and not just rely on squeezing as much as possible out of our people once a year so that we can send just one or 2 teams overseas to compete on the fairest proving ground, a LAN setting.
I know that I'd love to have more events happen that involve more of our scene. I loved seeing the Australians come back for another I-series and think it'd be amazing to have more teams be present. Maybe RONIN would have been able to provide more excitement for i58, or if ego had remained a team to compete as well. But there's just so much that needs to be fixed at the moment that people shouldn't be arguing about "what makes overwatch shit from my perspective" because the 2 games aren't the same. It's not like we need matpat to tell us that newer = better (tbh he probably should never have made that video but what do I know) and still have a divided community that knows the ins and outs of the game almost better than anyone else. The best thing that we can do is be as helpful as possible to valve (like people haven't said that already) and provide lots of helpful feedback and suggestions. Now the hard part is having tftv be a more read source than r/tf2...
it's one thing to be slow on rollouts, but it's another thing to make numlocked look like an Olympic sprinter on rollouts
much love to the production team just like every iseries prior to this one
Incredible series played by both teams.
I was certain Full Tilt had it in a few of their last pushes though
what an amazing series
Honestly this looks like a centered pvhud. Just grab a download of normal pvhud and move a few hud elements around to where you want them to be
DrPloxoTo deter stalemates, BM more. Call your opponents garbage, let them know that you know that the only reason they aren't pushing is because they are actual shit.
yet crowns are in the grand finals from the winner's side
Honestly I'd like to see more maps that don't create massive stalemates such as granary and snakewater instead of just looking to change the classes
