MenachemLast month, I fielded teams for both the NA and the EU cups. Literally every time we allowed the other team to host (and EU teams in particular seemed unwilling to let us host, even when I offered to use French servers), the server would be running the wrong config and whitelist. This might be the result of people being unwilling to try new things, but I'm more inclined to believe it's just because they weren't aware of the new whitelist, or where to get it. It's not easily visible on whitelist.tf, there are no links on the Toornament page or in the essentials article, and I wound up having to do some digging on the forums here in order to find it.
I'm not really interested in nagging the other team to switch servers or install the config every round, especially after 5 hours of struggling to keep my team together for the last round of games. The ideal solution would be to for essentials to provide servers, but in lieu of that, the config needs to be much more visible.
I played on the eu team he is referring to and can confirm I played 5 eu games all with the wrong whitelist.

Menachemhi hello i run the ok kids, the team loot subbed for last season. at the end of our season, and going into playoffs, we had several players run into real life commitments and were totally unable play. loot stepped up to the plate in a big way, and after spending those two weeks basically boot camping the guy i feel very confident calling him a pounder. he brought us to some very close games against a team that had always soundly beat us in the past with our main roster, was very reliable for scrims despite just being a sub, and was also just a great guy to have in mumble. loot deserves a high open roster at the very least

there are no skins in dx8
I'm pretty sure when skins were released there were a lot of people using dx8 complaining about skins dropping fps.

Tino and Nick already listed everything negative that I could come up with except why was there no audio for the frags? Was that on purpose and if so why? Problems aside I really enjoyed it and I like your style. Not a song I would normally listen to but worked well for the video.
