hi recently my computer has been acting like shit lately
yesterday i restarted my computer and when it booted back up explorer.exe wasn't working or responding. so to fix that I just refreshed my computer
now today, my computer is just randomly stuttering for like 1 or 2 seconds
i think it might have to do something with my intel i3-4130 @ 3.40Ghz but im not that computer savvy
plz help
