Amazing gesture from Masternoob (and TF2Center)! Specially after the whole Deutschlan fiasco this is the absolute best way to start repairing your rep.

I mean, the guy has done so much for the community through his work on tf2center and its obvious he has a big passion for the game whether it is 6s or HL, he just has no fuckin clue how to deal with people sometimes. This is a step in the right direction now they just need to leave the moderation work to a team who actually knows how to deal with people and it's not comprised of 12 year olds with no clue of how PR works.

I have a deathadder as well and my mouse feet worn out like 1+year ago and I've been using it with no mouse feet with no problems. Don't notice much of a difference. My mousepad is a razer goliathus control edition, not sure if it helps.

Don't worry about that, it will come eventually, before i58 for sure. It's just that there was an unfortunate timing as I came back to college and had to start wworking part time to pay the bills so I haven't had time to pick it up yet. (also some players didnt send their demos yet ;__;) But I got all the ticks from twitch vods/stvs thanks to the wonderful work of beater and co, and I got 9GB of demos and 25Gb of lan footage, I have more than enough material to work with, just need time, (and maybe a new HDD as this one is not gonna be enough with so much material).

I have ingame volume at like 0.2 and mumble max usually.Overall volume around 50, more than that and it's too loud.

I can say by experience that working while in college while also invested in a hobby like tf2 is pretty damn near impossible. Hell even 2 of the three is hard... I can't fault the guy for trying to get help to continue pursuing his hobby, specially when that provides entertainment to thousands of people, and even more when he's still underage.

Also that mentality of "get a job" is so fucked up, it's not like you can go to the job center and say "I'll have 1 job please". Portugal for example had over 40% youth unemployment a couple years ago and it's still real fuckin though to find a job these days.

4k is definitely overkill. A 3mins video will probably take like 1TB+ if you record in 4k, also it's not really worth it because you will have a lot more difficulty editing and a lot more crashes / time to render to preview than if it was 1080p.

Actually might have figured out what the problem is, while checking task manager after one of these crashes I noticed one of the disks usage was at 100% for a few seconds (approx how long the crash/freeze was).

Is it possible this could be the reason for the freezes? The thing is, this is an external HDD and Im not using it for any of the games where the freeze happens because I have them all installed on my SSD.

Nope, Im actually the only one in the house using wired. So thats not the problem...

I guess the only option I have is to open the pc and clean it a bit tomorrow, because I didnt really install anything new (except for battlenet) nor made any changes since this started happening and I wwould be pissed to have this fuck with my game on saturday.
