I've been archiving all pov demos from invite teams from i55 for the i55 fragmovie and this is the current status for anyone wondering.

It's already 9 gbs of demos and I still have a long way to go through them, sort and rename them. Some players kindly asked me not to share their demos for now so I won't be sharing the pack until I get permission from everyone later on, but my intention is to share every demo I can properly organized and labeled (even if after the fragmovie).

Im on a very tight schedule with irl stuff right now so I can't spend as much time as I wanted on this for now.

That kid was very cool actually. His knowledge of the game actually surprised me even if he didn't have the mechanical skills and he was very entertaining to listen to, unlike the usual 10y old kids on the internet and explained things very clearly. Also that cold war mention was pretty much the cherry on top.

Giraffe is the NA competition admin as listed on our staff page, but brooky is the other NA guy so he helps out as well, but it's understandable sometimes IRL stuff takes over and people don't have a fixed schedule for the site.

Last case scenario I can add those too and I can also verify them, so If I'm online don't hesitate to shoot me a pm, I might be a bit busy as my schedule/projects and irl stuff are blowing up lately but If I see the pm in time I'll probably be able to do it.

I havent tried handbrake yet but from what I've seen its the best free option (most user friendly and complete)

Back when I started I used MeGUI but it had god awful encoding times which weren't really worth it for the unnoticeable quality difference, and it was also not user friendly at all.

Then I moved to Adobe Media Encoder and now I use it with everything I do, be it vegas, after effects, premiere. And it has never failed me. I have a few presets I created for media encoder on my pack here if you want

hmm, most maps have every main view. Only the overhead view is missing from map pages, the rest we have pretty much every main points / choke, maybe the angles are not the best but I dont think it's that patchy, at least for all currently played maps. Nonetheless if you have someone helping out taking more screens we would appreciate them over at our wiki as well, can never have too much

Schocky will still join and destroy everyone, doesn't even matter if they have stark or not. Plus, flippy gives them some good offclassing potential. I would love to see cookye return and play with schocky tho.

You can make use of map images on comp.tf. Most map pages have high quality 1080p images for the different points.

Just saying this is a bit inaccurate, specially for gaming channels where the target audience is more familiar with technology and as such most have adblock enabled.

For example, as a whole I've made less than $50 in total for the entire comp.tf channel, literally can't even cash out yet because I haven't hit the minimum limit.

But NILST does this for a living and he surely is making bank off youtube, specially for lithuania standards.

I also do think his videos are absolute crap tho, very little effort put into, low quality, appealing to the masses, all "memed" / voiced over, etc, quite a difference from when he used to edit fragmovies. I still get it tho, he had the chance to take that niche in the market to make bank and he went for it even if he distanced himself from the comp community and started editing garbage videos.

Proudly displaying/publishing hacking videos is a whole other story tho.
