Need help with PC build

I have the ASUS VG248QE 144Hz monitor. The increase in quality from 60Hz to 144Hz is similar to going from 60fps constant to 350fps constant. I love every aspect of it and would suggest it as a less expensive alternative to a comparable benq.
Edit: dont forget the price of the OS

Playoffs Delayed a Week

reillymghughlauriesome idiot on a css team is mad his 8-8 team with 7 forfeit wins won't make playoffs cause it's not 16 teams.
also their 1 win was from a 5v4 that went into overtime rofl
I mean that's hilarious, but if this is true you also have to realize they probably deserve to play more games, seeing as they are paying to play but got ripped off of nearly half their games.

Scout LFT low-mid open

Hey guys Karl here, I'm looking to start as Scout for S15. I am interested in playing in open, I will take any team offer seriously.
Experience
I have over 200 hours on heavy so all my tracking skills have transferred over to Scout.
I have 1 season of UGC 6s experience as pocket and scout
I have played highlander heavy for 2 seasons but decided that 6's was more for me.
My game sense is not top notch, but nobodies is on their first open season.
I often play pug.nahl and tf2mix.
My highlander learning curve was small and so far my 6s is progressing similarly.
I enjoy any criticism of my play as I am looking to improve, and I thoroughly enjoy scrimming.
My heavy off-classing is good, and I can snipe decently as well.

What do you want to see in a HUD?

Clear but, unobtrusive kill feed, a scoreboard that you can see though well and read quickly. For the health and ammo I enjoy large enough text so I can read it easily through peripheral vision.
