Kanecoall I care about is the master of classes stuff, is that ever gonna be uploaded to youtube in its entirety or were all those hours of decent learning resources completely lost forever?
A few things actually were uploaded and blocked on copyright grounds (streamers playing music and stuff in the background). Also, a lot of the things that happened on TFTV stream were lost because of issues with VODS (all on my end, not mathsad's). We have audio recordings, but have to recreate a lot of the video, which we are still wanting to do. It just takes a lot of time.
aieranow for my personal biggest issue with the site, please remove the map restriction, it doesn't make the game any more fun and makes it so i can't host certain maps which i actually like (such as reckoner, freight and stock granary [fuck pro granary it is aids])
You can play any map you want. Just type it into the search bar and click the box that appears in the creation wizard! Magic!
MenachemFor another thing, Stadium doesn't automatically open up logs after the game ends; it wasn't until my 4th lobby I noticed that it was linked in the chat.
The design philosophy behind that was that we didn't want to force players to do anything without them specifically wanting to. If you want to view your logs, it's still only one click away. If you don't, you can go back to the main page (also just one click away).
MenachemWhile these are minor issues, when there is already an alternative with a much larger playerbase that does include these small features, it's tough to get people to switch for more than a day or two.
A lot of the things you've brought up in your post (primarily things like per-slot restrictions) are features that we have already discussed and will be adding soon.
MenachemFrom my perspective, the best way for Stadium to improve right now is in shortening the lobby creation experience, along the lines of an already existing feature: saving a server's address. Quicksaved lobbies--the ability to save to a single click of a button the lobby's game mode, league config, and slot requirements, and to save to another single click both the server address and rcon password.
We have a sort-of-hidden ideas/recommendations page here that you can recommend other ideas like this on. We always appreciate the input, and have gotten some of the neatest features on the site recommended by third party individuals. I will bring this idea up to out staff though.
MenachemBeyond that and bugfixes, it's a pretty site with ready systems that are less prone to error, both on the site and in game. Here's hoping!

fade-can you do something to force a config because i host lobbies using my servers and the config is always messed up somehow, whitelists and class limits are also sometimes broken
Be sure that you have the tftrue mod on your server. It's what we use to set whitelists. Otherwise, we have no control over what is actually on the whitelist. (For example, someone could have a whitelist called "item_whitelist_ugc_6v6.txt" but it could have everything allowed or everything blocked.)
If you have that plugin and are experiencing issues, it usually means your server is resetting itself (something out of our control). To fix this, you can click "Reset Server" on the top of your lobby page, and it will reset everything to proper settings.
And to add to the serveme integration: if you are a serveme donor, you get access to donor servers automatically. If you aren't a donor, you still get a list of all the regular servers. Big shoutout to Arie for explaining a few things and being super cool helping set a few parts of this up.

Eight months after the idea spawned, we are in a position where we are ready to open the beta up. We genuinely appreciate all the support we’ve gotten through all of this, and I just want to point everyone toward this page. The people on this page have put in hundreds and hundreds of man hours into this project. You may know some of them. You may not. But these are some of the hardest working, most talented people I have ever met. It is an open beta, but it means the same thing to the userbase, really. There are things that will inevitably break (because we haven't done more than a couple lobbies at a time to this point), but the site will be released to the public in a pretty "full" way.

I've had the pleasure of working with Tragicservers.com for Newbie Mixes for the past year. Anything that we've needed to provide the newest players the best experience possible, Tragic has given us without hesitation. This experience gave me total confidence moving forward with tragicservers.com on this project.
