cozenThis will be starting at 9 pm est!
Yes! Please note the time change! Also, we will try to go live exactly at 9pm so we can do a heavy pre-game analysis (heavy- get it?!?!?) with Skyrolla and Brick.
pharaoh__bpm actually won viaduct 4-0...
Sorry- fixed. Sometimes reading is hard.
"Both are fun and challenging in their own regards." - Harbleu, on the 6s vs. HL debate
"If you're still watching, just go eat a whole cake." - Sal during a very long and silly GPit cast.
"Be humble away from the mic, be truthful on it and don't be afraid to park the bus on top of somebody if it's deserved." - Kinch on shoutcasting
"MustardOverlord did less damage than Switzerland during WWII." - Hildreth on Monday's DRS vs AG match
MerchantPeople forget that engie is like a slightly overweight scout.
He's proportional!! Just short!
disengageskial all day everyday
Halloween all month.
Great work, Sigafoo. Love the current engineer frag video trend. It highlights how engies are not just letting sentries do their work, but are taking big plays into their own hands. Everyone always makes fun of me for talking too much about engineers in HL, but really they are the unsung heroes.
Please please please do not use tf.tv as a source of scholarly information. Are you in a university or high school? Regardless, look for scholarly articles and books (i.e. published by an academic source or university). Some publications put out their information for free. Or, amazon.com provides previews of books (many pages, including most of the introduction, which really, is sometimes all you need). Check to see if your school has a subscription to jstor.com. Also, do a Google scholar search. If you are set on not doing original research, at least go to reddit.com/r/askhistorians.
I will never understand why, when we literally have a world of information at our fingertips, students still settle on second-rate sources for information. Sure it takes a little bit longer, but honestly, these research skills are invaluable and will stay with you throughout your academic and nonacademic career.
Also, don't wait until the last minute to write papers!
What's your dissertation on? I'm just starting mine, and I'm really excited about it, but I often wonder if I'm wasting my youth by being in school, libraries, behind books and computers all the time. Do you ever second-guess your commitment to higher education?
The semi-finals and finals are being casted here: http://www.twitch.tv/getawhale
I'll be bringing some of the action (with a spooooky soundtrack) on my twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/falafel1066
I can't believe no one has said it, but King of the Hill was one of the greatest shows ever. It had amazing plots, great social commentary, hilarious jokes, and Bobby Hill.
I can model, but I don't do nudity.
-sqThere's a typo? Menace is spelled as meance in the title
Whoopsies. Thanks, fixed.
