I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and I'm on the ice for hockey about 3-5 times a week, I hate running but unfortunately it's something you kinda have to do. I'd say in order to run for a marathon, run for long amounts of time or as much as possible. Don't worry so much about distance. If you are conditioned well enough, the distance wont matter so much. You have to make sure you stay running as much as possible. Don't let a few days go by without running because you simply did not feel like running.

Not so sure about the Bryz buyout too, he has his moments where he just loses himself but if they can get him going, hes a hell of a goalie.

I don't want to see Letang go. Hes an excellent offensive defenseman but i'd be surprised if your wrong and money doesn't get the best of him.

What do you all think of the Tortorella and Alian Vigneault switch. Personally I think that the Rangers shouldn't have fired torts, he did a great job and won a cup with the Lightning, and he brought the Rangers to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

As for him in Vancouver, I don't think thats his hard working kind of team. They eaither come to play, or don;t at all. He sure will have no one like Callahan. The Kanucks aren't a grind hard, balls to the wall team like the Rangers, he might have a hard time with his rugged coaching style. I don't know enough about Alian Vigneault to state an opinion, however I've heard he's a good match for the Rangers.

And as a Pens fan myself, I am disappointed in the players.

It saves as some type of weird file. Like a .vgx or something weird like that. It doesn't save as an .mp4 or anything usable for that matter.

Really pretty map but it can get really stalematey. (if thats even a word) The rollout for roamer is super fun if that's why you play certain maps like process, except process is a great map in general...

What is the most optimal template to use when I am looking to render a group of .avi's off of Sony Vegas 11 Pro? I saw Kirby's thread for how to create frag videos and I saw his template model but for some reason that doesn't work for me. If someone who makes decent looking movies could help me with this I would be very grateful.

I have a terrible mouse-pad that I got from Verizon a while back. I don't know why i still have it but I do. I also have a wireless mouse, really not a huge fan of it. A lot of you guys have pretty nice mice and hardware in general so i'm asking for some recommendations on a new mouse and mouse-pad. I know the mouse pad isn't that big of a deal to buy but I am curios to see what some people like. As for the mouse, I would really like to try and get one that I don't have to replace for a while.

My hands are pretty big if that makes a difference for the mouse.

That color glitch happens to me quite often. I was attacking a blue scout at hightower for 10 mins when I realized that he was on my team. It's one of the worst glitches I have seen when it comes to in game glitches.
