The absurd speed is something that is going to be hard to counter. The double jump "penalty" isn't something that makes it that much worse because i would hope that at the competitive level you could hit few shots that get you right back up to that ridiculous speed. It is essentially (after you get it to full boost) trading 2 shots for untouchable speed.
