the problem remains that if both teams go to mid with qf and neither med dies, you will be sitting there for eons.

Heavy exists because it would be exceedingly difficult to hold last after wiping at mid, which in turn, would make mids a lot more slow developing because nobody would want to lose last via losing their med.
The game was perfectly fine prior to qf.
Let's pretend for a moment that there was no qf involved, a 2-2 tie into a third round would have been tremendously exciting. Not so in this case. It's worse than watching dota.
Likewise, banning heavy won't accomplish anything because Pyro has an incredibly similar effect on the qf - it's just slightly harder to use so teams aren't doing it on the fly.
Most of the teams in IM made a silent gentleman's agreement not to main quickfix weeks ago.
I'm not surprised.
Watch s10-s13 LAN VODs, and then tell me that this is anywhere near comparable.
"Seagull is going to satanically win this point for his team..." - pledge
So all that time seagull said his damage was so high on Ft because he "spammed chokes" but now we know about his secret pact.
At least watching all this shitfix is giving me an excuse to troll my mumble by screaming "WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO STOP THE GAME FROM EVOLVING? THIS IS FUN." at everybody in mumble.
Up scroll gives me primary,
Down scroll gives me melee
F gives me secondary
Q and E are voice commands with text
1-6 are text binds and the load out screen. (I'm going kritz, and so on).
With combat classes it's the same except f and down scroll are swapped.
Basically a Major is what you'll get your degree in. So you'll have a bachelors of Science of a Bachelors of Arts in whatever subject you're majoring in. Minoring is an associates (2) year degree in that particular subject. Some types of major also only offer a Baccalaureate.
It's the short hand way of saying what your degree focuses on.
This was pleasing to me.
Heep could easily scout in Main next season as long as he has an equal partner, not so sure about his other classes, but I'll assume IM based on inhousing ;)
AMC is extremely dedicated, can totally play pocket without too many disappointments in IM.
I majored in History and Economics :D Double major - made for fun times.
Dance number is underrated - put him on an organized team and he'll be exactly what you need.
Heyo,
I bumped an old LFT thread but yeah still lft lol Just tack on a season of main and an additional ESEA season lol.
I have played 3 seasons of ESEA IM, 4 ESEA seasons in total, and 7 consecutive seasons of Medic (if you count UGC/CEVO which I did prior to ESEA).
- I talk a lot
- I like "strategery"
- I'm old (25)
- I like demo reviews and analysis
- I admined UGC's 6v6 league for 2 full seasons and continue to provide advice
- I made a series of guide videos for newer players: www.youtube.com/medimarx
- I am available every night after 9 PM Eastern without fail
- I am told I have a vast collection of good stories.
so many invite teams are dead or dying now it likely won't be 12 teams again anyhow, so there's that 9 is within reason, still properly rewarding the IM winners of this season with an invite spot and so on, with a solid main from the rest of IM.
Don't worry serv0 - this is how IM is in CS - it's just a better open, could I say the special marked double distilled exclusive open :D.
