I don't understand why people do this, you get literally 0 reason to big yourself up as a good team if you only make playoffs due to some stupid shit. It's so petty because you don't even get anything for winning div2, let alone just making playoffs. In the end you're still probably both going to have to be submitting screenshots to get in div 1 so you're achieving essentially nothing?

I love interacting with my friends and I make friends via friends (far too loud to b ignored) but I swear to god whenever someone I don't know tries to talk to me I'm the absolute worst

you can make an autoexec.cfg in Origin Games/Apex/cfg with
cl_forcepreload 1
mat_compressedtextures 1
cl_ragdoll_collide 0

and in Users\you\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local you can make 2 changes in ur videoconfig.txt

change "setting.csm_enabled" to "0"
change "setting.r_lod_switch_scale" to "0.000000"

make sure it's read only or it gets overwritten

Not gonna say I know what I'm doing, this is just what I've been told and used, it works well for me, I get 144 frames mostly now, from about 40-60 with drops to <20. ur mileage might vary but this was absolutely gamechanging for me and afaik it hasn't been posted here yet so I figured just in case.

other than that yeah you guys are right it is dirty bomb esque recoil. I guess I played a lot of dirty bomb so I just don't even notice it. Now that I get good fps I'm having great fun & can actually frag people. Path is just incredible, every fight I'm just feeling like I'm doing something cool and I think that's so important for a game like this because the same BR gameplay loop can get stale for me personally. I'm really enjoying this game cause the abilities are actually fun??? none of them are bullshit overwatch win a fight abilities or stuns or unavoidable slows.
Usually in BR games I find there's times where you're just dead unless the other guys blow and if you're putting in 15-20 mins for a round that can be frustrating- ever since I got good fps every time I've died I'm thinking like man I could have got out of there if I grappled round the corner and I could have ziplined out or on top of there. the grapple is so technical and I feel like once I actually master it I'll have so much control of winning/losing fights.

but ya add HUGEONGAMESMOULD for huge games (<15 hours lvl like 15 so not very good yet but still) path/lifeline player

Does anyone know if this is more csgo style recoil or dirty bomb?
As in does the crosshair move upward or do you need to be aiming lower? I haven't noticed the crosshair moving up but I also haven't found myself missing every shot like I would in csgo

I mean not gonna lie it beats 7v7 HL so that's an improvement
