He probably is in huditemeffectmeter_killstreak.res; the base/default hud and rayshud are named the same way.
If changing the xpos of ItemEffectMeterCount to 9999 doesn't work, try changing the wide/tall values to 0.

TERRYCREWSWhich resource file moves the actual control point icon in koth/cp game modes? I've tried fiddling around with the x/ypos values in Controlpoint.res, but it's not doing anything.

Jason_HeyUnfortunately thats not it. Im using flathud and try to fix the shield meter clipping with the uber bar, so i changed the x and y pos in huditemeffectmeter_heavy.res (the first block) and it only affected the rage meter and left the shield meter untouched.
huditemeffectmeter_scout.res is what you're looking for to change the shield meter.
