What they could do is make the Building hitsound completely independent from the player hitsound, so you can have like a sound of metal being hammered for buildings, and your normal hitsound for players.
The only problem with this would be both sounding at the same time, In that scenario I'd say prioritize the player hitsound.

As B4nny said, giving us the option to toggle Transparent Viewmodels in the Advanced options without any need for custom files would be amazing. Plus They will probably fix the exploit were you can see through certain props/doors
