I hope this is the right category, didn't know where to put it.
Anyway, besides the LOD thingy, are there any settings on nvidia inspector for example that can be used to boost tf2 performance, be it frames, input lag, smoothness or whatever
there have been very few people to talk about this and i feel like it should be addressed more, because it's like a range of customization beyond the cfgs which supposedly cannot go any further. I know very little about this stuff too, so i don't know how much those settings can affect tf2. i was wondering if you guys could enlighten me about this.
Any modifications you can do on the computer settings itself, like regedit, bios or something, to boost tf2 performance would be cool to know as well.
CondescendingCandlestickI'm giving it 2 years before pewdiepie's entire fanbase hits puberty and he stops being relevant
i think it goes beyond that...i genuinely believe he attracts borderline stupid, dull people, idk, something that you cannot fix with age. whatever it is, it's not gonna stop so soon...
if age could fix things like these, there wouldn't be 23 year old fucks watching mlp on their basements.
why is there so much drama on this forum lately....
sheepy_dogs_handCan people please stop taking everything I say out of context. It really annoys me. Also even though music is a personal preference sigur ros are objectively a good band based on reviews.
makes me cringe so hard when people say "objectively" without having the mental capacity to back up these claims
reviews doesn't mean shit in this context. fallacy 101: appeal to misleading authority.

why are people downvoting this? looks pretty solid and straightforward to me.
thehwordunfsounds like it's in your head and not a sensitivity problem
But would someone play and be good with something like 0.1 cm/360 or 8 m/360? There is probably a reasonable range and I think it varies from game to game because the paces are different. So I generally ask what would be this range for someone who plays different games.
May be I'm psychically ill but that is what I think. Feel free to correct me.
between 6-12 inches. and then there's the exceptions, that varies from like 2inch/360 to 27inch/360.
really, just play with what feels comfortable enough that you can flick your shots, track your enemies and jump around without it being clumsy. the problem here isn't sensitivity, it's more like the problem is yourself.
that worked. thanks!
Guys i recently started using pvhud, and the ammo and health numbers are too big for my screen
how do i reduce their size? i went into HudAmmoWeapons and HudPlayerHealth, but there's no font size there, just "HudFontHUGE". I tried changing it to "HudFontMedium" and "HudFontSmall", but the ammo and health just get like fucked up, really small. so i don't think it's intentional.
i've ran into some driver and .dll issues in the beginning. it was a pretty annoying hassle.
like missing msvcr110.dll, mscvtp100, etc...
there also are some stuttering problems you may or may not have to deal with. annoying hassle too but apparently they all went away now.
besides that, idk, it's good.
too much forced drama for a team on a game.
Airshots, jumps, the crazy stuff that you can do it that isn't even remotely possible in those boring, dull mobas.
the airshots man....they're better than any other game that ever had them. no offense to quake. the jumps are also much cooler...it's hard to imagine any other game in the close future having something of the same style and better.
Honestly i would say the community too if i was on the us, but here the competitive scene is much, much smaller, so the circlejerk between the pros is much more noticeable and tends to define the community in itself, in a way that shuns new players (lack of empathy/ laziness to act or assist/ frustration because of such a small, dying competitive scene) and sabotages itself to the point of complete depletion and monotony.
hektikTo answer your sniper question: Powah plays on 75hz
DavidTheWinShadowburn is one of the best DM soldiers and he plays with a 60hz monitor
alfaRR also plays on 60hz and he's a god at projectile classes,
Honestly, people have got to STOP saying that. saying that you can only be good on 120hz is just as dumb as saying 120hz is no better than 60hz because there's someone good who plays on 60hz
it might cross your mind that maybe these guys would be even better on 120hz. who knows. these things aren't correlated like you're making it out to be.
i think the general consensus is that if you're bad, it won't make you instantly good, because it won't aim for you(duh), but it helps with tracking and aim overall, so it definitely improves someone's dm, if he already knows how to play. if it improves a lot or a little will depend on the person...
damn what a good fucking frag vid, mad props.
