STAR_ You're asking how the community would be different if that popular figure existed, but the community would have to be different to begin with for that figure to exist. Every tf2 figure who could have filled this role has been relentlessly pushed away and trying to be even a small part of the comp community has always been a struggle
Has this happened to anyone besides ruwin? I remember star was pretty relentlessly shit talked for winning ugc HL, but I can't think of anyone else.
Naga in like every game, on the heels of a bunch of nerfs.
Great to see some high skill skeleton king play! one of the most skillful champions in all the dota.
I cant tell if fnatic played incredibly well, or if Na'vi just shit the bed. Probably just a bit of both.
KingReptarThe way it is worded implies your damage is still affected.
Youre right apparently. http://www.reddit.com/r/truetf2/comments/2a6tgm/minigun_winding_up_via_secondary_attack_now/cis3n4m
smobothe heavy needs a downside, it already destroys pubs and is central to highlander.
Sure, so they buffed the most boring, and easy playstyle of the heavy.
Air_the nerf's intention was to prevent heavies doing the jump spin to chase people down.
So a nerf to aggressive play, making sure to leave boring, defensive play untouched.
"Minigun: Winding up via secondary attack now counts toward reducing the one-second accuracy penalty"
So basically, stay spun up in the same spot, and the nerf wont affect you.

Prepare to be dissapointed.
Tribes was an awful pub game. The only redeemable gamemode was DM, and even that got old quick since the game wasnt balanced for it.
All they needed was competitive matchmaking so people could actually play the game they were trying to make. Not that pub garbage with 12 tech's and flag runners solo capping with airstrikes.
