#381 TF2 Rewind LAN at Esports Arena - Jan 21-22 in LAN Discussion

Hey guys, Scout Main IM level LFT for this lan!
http://steamcommunity.com/id/rastsy/

Played Agents Rising for Overwatch at this place and it was pretty decent, but make sure you bring your own monitors if you guys can. The all of monitors (including 144hz) that they have provided in the past were questionable at best.

edit: I can hit rockets too, but let me know so I can warmup those rollouts.

Does not look like they will have much byoc going on so its a bring your own peripherals kind of deal.
I'm looking for at least one player to squad up with, and it would be cool if you guys attended and such.

#57 TF2 Feature Requests and Bug Fixes in TF2 General Discussion
drshdwpuppetFix invisible players.

Fix the occasional problem where players will just stop moving in demo playback. The only way to fix this is restarting the demo and I cannot reliably reproduce the problem but it happens about 25% of the time to me now (and was happening during a team demo review last night)

(I am unsure of this from technological feasibility) Allow server side playback of STV demos. As In, players join a server and watch a broadcast of an STV demo loaded by rcon. This would allow easier review of demo files, allow post-hoc broadcasting of events in a more interesting way etc.

Stop breaking random shit in every update please.

Make a center version of all the other rocket launchers for soldier: Blackbox, Direct Hit etc.

Honestly, this game is pretty amazing for how old it is becoming and how many updates it has gotten.

While you are at it, make freaking shotgun pellets come from the center, while 90% of the time this doesn't come into play, it does at close range and is part of the reason that scout v scout fights can be as long as a rock opera.

#25 Computer is Not Performing to Expectations in Hardware

Try setting your power settings to high performance in windows, and try un-parking your cores. http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility
Also try systematically disabling "power saving" features in your bios.
As far as mumble goes make sure its on normal priority.

This exists, some peps did some tests of it, and said it beats the asus in terms of input lag, and is a cheaper alternative when its on sale. http://www.amazon.com/AOC-G2460PQU-Ultimate-Performance-Professional/dp/B00HY7PAUC

#14 Anyone tried tweaking flip queue size/prerendered in TF2 General Discussion
hookystabbyBLoodSireOn a related note, I believe ATI Tray Tools is severely outdated, and flip queue does not appear to be available in CCC. Sorry AMD users :{There's still RadeonPro.Any 3rd party programs like this are banned in ESEA btw. Just want to warn everyone.

Pretty sure that particular feature just changes some things in the registry, which you could of course do manually.

#1 Rastsy Scout Looking in Recruitment (looking for team)

So Things with my previous team do not look like they are going to work out this season, so I'm on the lookout for a team to play with. I am paid for Cevo-o/Esea-o, but I am willing to join and pay for other divisions, as well as my own premium. I am available to play the normal hours of tf2 (6-9 PST) every day of the week, and am more then down to hang around extra long for things like team talk an chilling out. In terms of what kind of team experience I am looking for, I suppose I would like to be on a team where I feel like all of the players are committed to seriously improving as well as always doing the best they can possible. Its important that I am meaningful part of the team, and of course playing with a chill people is a must. I am very committed to this game, and also would enjoy playing with other players who feel the same way.
I am mainly looking to improve and succeed in accomplishing both mine, and the teams goals, and doing so in an effective manner. I call a considerable amount of positions, damages, and even suggest pushes based on what I see, and I often attack my foes with swift aggression, but I am more willing to change from my more aggressive play-style if it fits in with the team's goals and dynamics.

While I am not super active on these forums, or in Pugs, I do have a reasonable amount of experience in this video game.

I have experience playing on these teams:

OLDCevo Season 3/4? PMS/H20 -o-
Esea Season 11 Open Scout Killsnackular
Esea Season 12 Open Scout Hard 2 Kill Gaming
Esea Season 13 Im Scout Hard 2 Kill Gaming
Intel Lanfest Sacramento Spring 2013
Esea Season 14 Im Scout Rump City Bootyheads
Esea Season 14 Open Scout This is a Team
Esea Season 15 Ducks Per Interface
Cevo Season 4 Ducks Per Interface
Intel Lanfest Sacrmaneto Spring 2014
