Seems that if you have a second monitor enabled you automagically switch to the max supported hertz for BOTH of them.
Hey, I have 2 monitors too, if you use the control panel setup I have in the OP then you should be able to use 144hz on one and 60 on the other, make sure to select your 144hz monitor as your main monitor and choose the "extend these displays" option.

If you're not using chrome or aero is off you might not get to use testufo. The site works for me though and I have aero off..

Click "Advanced Settings" and go to "Monitor" and select 144hz from the drop-down display
you can go to testUFO to test your new monitor.
Edit: TestUFO might not work if you have aero disabled or if ur not using chrome
Edit: Also you can't use an HDMI cable and get 144hz, you need a DVI cable, which you can probably pick up cheap at a best-buy or someplace

What about ESEA? I know it's fashionable to cjerk against it but a lot of people like how ESEA has tf2 and there's no way they'd support a promod, and they'd probably drop tf2.
