AndKennethA tournament that is intended to be broadcast in a very public fashion should have very strong fakenicking rules or very well put together configs for the new statusspec command that all of the casters are using. It makes TF2 look pretty stupid when casters are calling people something different than what they have on screen. It just makes it look disjointed and unprofessional.

Yeah there was this guy, Mason, in Dota 2 tagged up as 9TEnTaCLeSurPriSe for the longest time and he was playing for EG, one of the top teams in the entire world. Don't know how many people here follow Dota but shit like that has really hurt the scene recently, they're barely scraping by with 10 million dollar tournaments.

#10 Mario Kart 8 in Other Games

cyzerIs there anyone in the world besides nintendo that thought blue shells in a game was a good thing, and where the f are the actual battle mode arenas... I like this game though, only one I've played a fair bit of since the N64/SNES ones

Blue shells are super annoying but still serve a purpose. If you're in the middle of the pack, you have to dodge all sorts of shit and you can't realistically be anywhere near as fast as someone with a good lead. The blue shell is an equalizer so that getting a decent early lead doesn't result in an automatic win.

Most guns are pretty fucking stupid but I don't think this is really a good case to argue in favor of gun control. When a mildly resourceful crazy person premeditates mass murder, legal barriers/speed bumps aren't super effective. Unrelated but I found this passage from his manifesto really interesting. It talks about when the police showed up at his apartment after his mom saw his creepy ass youtube videos and called a hotline.

Also don't read/play anything that has to do with EVE Online because monsters play that game and name shit after all sorts of spoilers, GoT particularly. I clicked on a picture in a Reddit thread about EVE and one of the player's names was a pretty specific and big spoiler.

MagikarpWOW LEAKY WHY WOULD YOU GIVE ME A VIRUS.
Unfortunately, I downloaded it cause I thought it was some more screenshots filled with juicy drama.
Luckily Malwarebytes caught it so I think I'm safe.

You might want to do a fresh install or something more intensive. When this went around in UGC, one of the admins said it was self-replicating.
