The point is that literally in the first clip he turns left, stops that turn to look at a wall and someone just happens to be exactly where he's looking, turns further left, stops on a soldier also behind a wall, then looks left at a scout he can maybe see the feet of, and immediately looks right again to look exactly at the soldier again who is still behind a wall and has been moving.
It doesn't matter if there's strafe aim involved, if or how long he's tracking them, the chances of stopping those turns facing a wall exactly on a player every single time three times in a row are astronomically low.

You've already got a 6 core, if you want something that can "multitask and run a bit faster" you'd be looking at an 8 core for 300 bucks or more and I really, really don't see why you should need that just to run TF2, firefox, and spotify "without lagging hard". I could do that with a 10 year old quad core. The only things stopping me are that my quad core isn't quite that old and that I'm not using spotify. But I've got a lot of other shit running instead.

11400F would be slightly faster and get you PCIe 4.0, not sure if it's worth the extra money though. B560 for the memory overclocking makes sense.

Unless you want to go hunting for a used 3600X(T) AMD doesn't really have anything in that price range with the same single core / game performance.

Be aware that some servers might have set sv_restrict_aspect_ratio_fov 2 and prevent anything above 1.85:1 (about 16.65:9) from doing anything, even if you use fullscreen.
